CANCELLATION POLICY

✨Please respect that an appointment time has been reserved for you. I am looking to have clientele who understands I do not desire to have to rely on cancellation fees for clients to keep the appointment commitment. ✨I understand life happens and requires flexibility on both our parts. I do not charge cancellation fees unless it becomes a habit or frequent occurrence, where I will personally reach out to discuss the fee. Clients who consistently want to move appointment times/dates around on short notice (within a week of the scheduled appointment) may find we are not a good fit as my schedule is often booked out 2-4 weeks full. ✨If you no-show no-call an appointment or display a habit of last minute cancelling a deposit will be required for any future booking. 🕑I have a waitlist you can join online or personally request reaching out texting the number listed. I am happy to reach out to let waitlist clients know of last minute openings available. ✨Thank you for your support and if you have any specific timing needs/requests please reach out to see if they can be met.
